Art Direction

My favorite thing about tea is that you can't drink it AND be stressed out. I knew that this character was going be very relaxed, in a good mood, and wise. Those traits helped me decide to make him an 82 year old man who lives in a cabin that he built himself.

Reference

This old man is clearly stylized, but I still wanted him to be informed by reality. Therefore, I researched a lot of old men to see how different  people can age differently.
