I am an Environment and Prop focused 3D Artist with a concentration on PBR Texturing,
Modular Kits, and Lighting with additional experience in animation and Stop Motion.
I really enjoy building things, and the things I create mean so much more when they, not only look nice, but can also tell a story and evoke an emotion. I do my best to make sure that all of my models have a history, and I use real life experiences and references to help me achieve that.
I have experience with the Game Art Pipeline, including research, concept art, maintaining clean geometry, snapping to a grid, and maximizing UV space.
I have come a long way in my work, and I keep improving by tackling every problem I encounter with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. This craft would be no fun if I wasn't constantly pursuing a sense of mastery. That being said, it is convenient that the game industry and the tech it uses is always improving, which means that there's always new software and techniques to learn.
On a more personal note,
I love video games, camping, movies, TV shows, figurines, comics, cooking, and music (I am a GEEK).
I think that life is best lived with great friends and I am so glad that I have some of the best friends in the world. We're always helping each other improve, both as artists and people.
